The Cluster Xchange Program continues in Finland
Helsinki is a thriving business stage that has a stable and innovative business environment along with a high quality and talented work force. From May 30th to June 1st, startups had the opportunity to be a part of the Green tech Cluster Xchange tour hosted by Green Net Finland.

Day 1 kicked off with an introduction by Green Net Finland, setting the stage for an enlightening journey. Participating founders visited the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council - Uudenmaan liitto, where they were connected with the team from CLIC Innovation Oy and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. The experts shared their expertise in startup education. Later, we had the privilege of visiting Vantaan Energia Oy, a waste-to-energy company. It was interesting to learn about their innovative waste management practices.
Day 2 was filled with activities participating in the World Circular Economy Forum WCEF. Engaging panel discussions and networking sessions gave valuable insights into the circular economy. It was great connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for sustainability.
On the final day, startup founders Suomen ympäristöopisto SYKLI Oy (Environmental College) and the Finnish Plastics Industries Federation - FIPIF - Muoviteollisuus ry. These visits deepened their understanding of environmental initiatives and the challenges faced by industries. The day concluded at the World Circular Economy Forum WCEF Accelerator event, where participants gained valuable insights into the future of the food and textile industries.
